WiiM has introduced its latest accessory, the WiiM Voice Remote 2, designed to work seamlessly with the brand’s range of streamers and streaming amplifiers. This new remote aims to expand control capabilities and simplify everyday use across whole-home audio setups.

DEDICATED VOICE CONTROL WITHOUT EXTRA DEVICES

One of the key features of the WiiM Voice Remote 2 is its built-in voice control functionality. A Push-to-Talk button allows users to activate Alexa voice commands directly from the remote, removing the need for a separate smart speaker or microphone device.

Instead of disposable batteries, the remote is powered by a built-in 475 mAh rechargeable battery. Charging is handled via a USB-C port, with a full charge completed in under an hour. This move not only reduces waste but also improves ease of maintenance.
