Revox World Foundation Established
REVOX WORLD FOUNDATION ESTABLISHED TO PRESERVE REVOX AND STUDER HERITAGE
Revox has announced the creation of the Revox World Foundation, a charitable organisation established under a notarised founding deed in June 2026.
The foundation has been created to acquire, collect, preserve and exhibit mechanical music players, with a particular focus on Revox products, in a museum open to the public and interested visitors in the Canton of Zurich or the greater Zurich area. Revox World in Dietikon, Zurich, will serve as the exhibition venue.

REVOX WORLD FOUNDATION PRESERVES HISTORIC COLLECTION
The foundation is managed by a board of trustees responsible for protecting and providing access to what Revox describes as the world’s largest collection of Revox and Studer products. Operating exclusively for charitable purposes, the foundation has taken ownership of the former private Studer Revox Museum collection assembled by Walter Stutz. This includes around 800 Studer and Revox devices, together with documents, photographs, measuring instruments, prototypes and archive material intended for long-term historical preservation.

HiFi PiG says: A brilliant new initiative to preserve the history of Revox, Studer and Reel to Reel tape.
