JAMO CONCERT SERIES RETURNS WITH LEGACY AND ELEMENT AT HIGH END VIENNA 2026

Jamo Concert Series Launch At High End Vienna 2026 hifi news

Danish loudspeaker manufacturer Jamo has announced two new speaker ranges, the Jamo Concert Legacy and Jamo Concert Element.

Both ranges are scheduled for release in August 2026 and will be presented publicly at High End Vienna 2026. This follows the recent news of the return of the Jamo brand under new management.

JAMO CONCERT LEGACY

The Jamo Concert Legacy range revisits the company’s earlier Concert series, originally launched in the mid-1990s, with a modernised design and updated engineering. Manufactured in Denmark, the speakers draw on collaborations with Scandinavian suppliers including Scan-Speak (Denmark) and SEAS (Norway), alongside Finnish wood fibre materials used in the woofers.

The design focuses on separating bass and midrange frequencies via Jamo’s DualCore architecture, while down-firing bass loading is used to improve room placement flexibility.

MODELS AND PRICING

The range is led by the flagship Legacy 11 floorstander, supported by the smaller Legacy 9 and the standmount Legacy 8.

European pricing (per pair) is set at €8,999 for the Legacy 11, €5,499 for the Legacy 9, and €3,299 for the Legacy 8. Finishes include Onyx, Heritage and Northern Frost.

JAMO CONCERT ELEMENT

Alongside Legacy, the new Jamo Concert Element range takes a more contemporary design route. Developed with Copenhagen-based studio HarritSørensen, the speakers feature a distinctive “circle over rectangle” layout, where the driver module is visually separated from the cabinet.

The cabinets are relatively shallow and designed for easier integration into domestic spaces, with fabric covers and optional finishes offering a degree of visual customisation.

ENGINEERING AND FEATURES

The Element series uses drivers developed with SB Acoustics, with each model tuned specifically to its enclosure. A single-driver-per-range approach is employed to simplify crossover design and reduce distortion.

Additional features include down-firing ports for flexible placement, time-aligned tweeters, and dual-chamber construction in floorstanding models to separate bass and midrange performance.

MODELS AND PRICING

The range includes the Element 50 bookshelf speaker, Element 70 and Element 90 floorstanders, and the SW10 subwoofer.

European pricing starts at €1,159 for the Element 50, €1,999 for the Element 70, €2,599 for the Element 90, and €729 for the SW10.
