Karma-AV’s Cranage 2026 System Features Opera And Unico
OPERA QUINTA V2 AND UNISON RESEARCH UNICO PRE V2 TO MAKE UK DEBUTS WITH KARMA-AV AT NWAS 2026
Karma-AV will present two demonstration systems at North West Audio Show 2026, featuring products from Unison Research, Opera, Primare, Perlisten and In-akustik.
Among the highlights will be the UK show debut of the Opera Quinta V2 loudspeakers and the new Unison Research Unico PRE v2 and DM v2 pre/power amplifier combination.
OPERA QUINTA V2 MAKES ITS UK SHOW DEBUT
The new Opera Quinta V2 is a three-way floorstanding loudspeaker built in Italy and represents a revised version of the company’s established Classica range. Updates include a redesigned crossover network, custom drive units, new wood-effect and concrete finish options, while retaining the eco-leather detailing that has been a feature of the range since 2014. The loudspeakers will be demonstrated alongside the Unison Research Unico CD Due CD player and S6 Black Edition integrated valve amplifier.
UNISON RESEARCH UNICO PRE V2 AND DM V2 DEBUT AT NWAS 2026
Also making a UK show debut is the new Unison Research Unico PRE v2 preamplifier and Unico DM v2 power amplifier. The PRE v2 features a dual-mono design, valve-based input stage using ECC83/12AX7 Gold Lion valves, integrated DAC and phono stage, plus both analogue and digital connectivity options.
The matching DM v2 power amplifier employs a dual-mono architecture with separate 750VA toroidal transformers for each channel. Its design combines valve and solid-state amplification stages, including ECC82/12AU7 Gold Lion valves and a MOSFET output stage. The amplifier can also be configured in bridged mono mode for increased power output.
PRIMARE AND PERLISTEN COMPLETE THE SECOND SYSTEM
Karma-AV’s second demonstration system will pair the Primare CD35 CD player with the new Unico PRE v2 and DM v2 amplifiers, driving Perlisten’s S7 Black Edition loudspeakers. In-akustik cabling will be used throughout the system. Visitors will also be able to hear Primare’s Allt-i-Ett all-in-one music system during the show.
KARMA-AV AT THE ASTON SUITE DURING CRANAGE 2026
Visitors to Cranage 2026 can find Karma-AV exhibiting in the Aston Suite, where the company will be demonstrating both systems throughout the weekend.
