Classic Sounds Rebrands As Primary Audio
PRIMARY AUDIO ANNOUNCED AS NEW NAME FOR CLASSIC SOUNDS
UK audio company Classic Sounds has announced that it has changed its name to Primary Audio.
The company says the change is primarily a practical decision aimed at avoiding confusion with other organisations using the same name, including a magazine, which had resulted in customer enquiries being misdirected.
PRIMARY AUDIO BRAND ALIGNS WITH PRIMARY WINDINGS BUSINESS
According to the company, the new name also aligns more closely with its related transformer business, Primary Windings. The two businesses are intended to operate as sister companies, and adopting the Primary Audio name creates a clearer relationship between them.
The rebranding does not affect the company’s current amplifier lineup. The Primary Audio Mullard 3-3 Amplifier remains available and continues to be sold through the company’s website under the new brand identity.
PRIMARY AUDIO FUTURE PRODUCT PLANS
Primary Audio has also indicated that a new amplifier is expected to launch within the next month. The company says the upcoming model will initially be available as a fully assembled unit, with a kit version planned later for more experienced enthusiasts. Further details to be released soon.
