Aequo Audio Ensium And Adamantis Loudspeakers Debut At High End Munich 2025
AEQUO AUDIO INTRODUCES NANOTECH ENCLOSURE FOR ENSIUM AND ADAMANTIS SPEAKERS
Dutch HiFi manufacturer Aequo Audio will unveil its latest innovation at High End Munich 2025, a proprietary nanomaterial enclosure used in two new loudspeakers, the Aequo Audio Ensium and Aequo Audio Adamantis.
The enclosure employs a Nano material that converts cabinet vibration into heat, significantly reducing resonance across the audible and ultrasonic spectrum—from 1 Hz to 100,000 Hz. This breakthrough enables enhanced clarity and imaging through improved cabinet damping.
AEQUO AUDIO ENSIUM LOUDSPEAKER FEATURES BASS ASSIST AND ANALOGUE CORRECTION
The Aequo Audio Ensium is a 500W, bass-assisted 3-way loudspeaker with a fully analogue room and placement correction system. Designed for sonic adaptability, the Ensium benefits from the new enclosure and internal driver innovations to deliver high linearity, low distortion, and precise acoustic phase performance. Each speaker weighs over 100kg but offers a large internal volume relative to its compact footprint.
AEQUO AUDIO ADAMANTIS IS A PASSIVE 3-WAY DESIGN
Alongside the Ensium, Aequo Audio introduces the Adamantis, a passive 3-way loudspeaker using the same Nano-based cabinet design. Both models reflect Aequo’s “form follows function” design ethos, featuring complex 3D-optimised shapes that are acoustically driven and enabled by the castable Nano material. The result is a speaker with reduced baffle diffraction and enhanced spatial imaging.
