Monitor Audio introduces Anthra Subwoofer Series with powerful amplification and advanced DSP functionality.
Monitor Audio has unveiled the Anthra Subwoofer Series, a range of three standalone powered subwoofers. These subwoofers aim to deliver precise bass performance and musicality, catering to both movie enthusiasts and music lovers.

The Monitor Audio Anthra Subwoofer Series offers solid build quality and user-friendly features, providing flexibility for users to select subwoofers independently based on their preferences and system requirements.
C-CAM CONES
Key features of the Anthra Subwoofer Series include the use of C-CAM cones, known for their strength and lightweight construction. The introduction of Rigid Surface Technology II (RST II) enhances cone rigidity, minimizing sound distortion.
CLASS D AMPS
The subwoofers are equipped with powerful Class-D amplifiers to drive the high-excursion drivers. The amplifiers deliver continuous power outputs of 425, 900, and 1,400 Watts RMS respectively. The subwoofers feature robust cabinets made from thick MDF material, reducing vibrations and resonances.
SIMPLE SET UP
For easy setup and system integration, the Anthra Subwoofer Series offers comprehensive connectivity options on the rear panel, including RCA with LFE and XLR inputs, allowing daisy-chaining of up to four subwoofers. The rear panel also includes a full-colour display and a rotatory dial for quick access to the setup selection menu.
MAESTROUNITE APP
The Anthra Subwoofer Series is accompanied by the MaestroUnite app, which enables users to optimize the subwoofer’s configuration according to their preferences and system requirements. It also allows the same settings to be applied across multiple subwoofers within a single system.
MONITOR AUDIO ANTHRA SUBWOOFER MODELS
The range comprises three models: Anthra W15, Anthra W12, and Anthra W10. The W15 features a 15-inch RST II C-CAM high-excursion driver powered by a 1,400 Watt Class-D amplifier. The W12 and W10 models offer a 12-inch and 10-inch driver respectively, driven by Class-D amplifiers with varying power outputs.
