LAB12 KNACK MK3 Power Cable
LAB12 KNACK MK3 POWER CABLE LAUNCHED
Greek audio manufacturer LAB12 has introduced the LAB12 KNACK MK3, the latest version of its power cable.
The LAB12 KNACK MK3 builds on the original KNACK design, with revised connectors, shielding and dielectric materials.

The KNACK MK3 features newly developed connectors with oxygen-free copper (OFC) contacts finished in pure silver plating. The cable uses high-grade, silver-plated OFC conductors, with independent high-purity braided copper shielding for the phase and neutral conductors.
LAB12 KNACK MK3 DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION
LAB12 has also selected low-loss dielectric materials intended to reduce unwanted interference. The manufacturer states that these changes are designed to lower the noise floor and improve resolution and dynamic expression.

LAB12 KNACK MK3 SPECIFICATIONS
The cable has a conductor cross-section of 3 × 6 mm², with a specified resistance of 3.1 mΩ/m, capacitance of 120 pF/m and inductance of 2.40 μH/m. It is rated for 220–240 VAC, with a continuous conductor current rating of 16 A.
The standard cable length is 1.5 metres, with custom lengths available. Connector options include EU and US mains plugs, alongside 16 A or 20 A IEC connectors.
LAB12 KNACK MK3 PRICE AND AVAILABILITY
Pricing and availability are TBC. The KNACK MK3 is designed and handcrafted in Greece.
HiFi PiG says: The LAB12 KNACK MK3 brings revised connectors, separate shielding for the phase and neutral conductors, and updated dielectric materials to LAB12’s power cable range. With different mains and IEC connector options, it offers some flexibility when matching the cable to a system.
