J. Sikora Announce 12″ Kevlar Tonearm
J.Sikora announce what they are saying is first ever Kevlar tonearm in the world to be launched at the Warsaw Audio Video Show in the coming days.
This is the J.Sikora Kevlar 12″ is unipivot with oil damping with the wand being a Kevlar conical tube. The cables are monocrystalic silver from Albedo. The company will present it for the first time during the Warsaw AVS – National Stadium in Skybox 224
Sikara say the techniques needed to go into production took over a year to master and that the tonearm’s wand is extremely light (15g) and filled with a special foam to eliminate internal resonances. The unipivot head is made of Aluminium, bronze and cast iron.
