AVID EVO TWO LOUDSPEAKER INTRODUCED AS NEW FLAGSHIP IN EVO SERIES
AVID HiFi has introduced the AVID EVO TWO loudspeaker, a new floorstanding model that now becomes the flagship in the company’s EVO series.
The 3.5-way design is positioned above the EVO THREE and forms part of AVID’s ongoing efforts to offer complete systems built and assembled in the UK.
AVID EVO TWO LOUDSPEAKERS
The AVID EVO TWO loudspeaker builds on the foundation of the EVO THREE with a revised cabinet and updated driver configuration. These changes are intended to improve low-frequency performance, broaden the dynamic range, and create a more expansive soundstage. The model has been developed at AVID’s Cambridgeshire facility.
The EVO TWO has been developed to perform effectively in a range of room types, including domestic spaces with less solid wall construction. According to the company, this makes the speaker suitable for larger listening rooms and properties where wall rigidity may affect performance, such as those commonly found in North America.
DRIVER CONFIGURATION AND BUILD QUALITY IN AVID EVO TWO LOUDSPEAKER
The speaker features a 28 mm Acuflex™ hand-coated soft dome tweeter, two 160 mm midrange drivers with titanium voice coil formers, and a 250 mm low-frequency driver. All drive units are mounted to a brushed anodised aluminium baffle and rear panel, machined to tight tolerances. Cabinet finishes are offered in gloss white or black.
AVID EVO TWO LOUDSPEAKER TO DEBUT AT TAIWAN AUDIO SHOW
The EVO TWO will be presented internationally for the first time at the Taiwan International TAA Hi-End Audio Show 2025, held from 7–10 August. It will be available from authorised AVID dealers beginning September 2025.

The EVO TWO is a 3.5-way floorstander with a frequency response reaching down to 28 Hz. It weighs 42 kg and is hand-built in the UK. The speaker is designed to accommodate a wide range of musical material, including electronic, orchestral, and film soundtracks.
AVID EVO TWO LOUDSPEAKER: PRICING AND AVAILABILITY
The AVID EVO TWO loudspeaker will be available from September 2025 through authorised AVID retailers. Pricing is £27,995 in the UK, €34,995 in Europe, and $38,995 in the US.
