Polish loudspeaker manufacturer Sisound will present its new Solidus X2 loudspeaker at Audio Video Show Warsaw 2026, where it will make its debut in a special gunmetal finish.

The Sisound Solidus X2 is the new flagship model in a more compact format, with a smaller enclosure and 28cm woofer intended for smaller rooms.

The Solidus X2 uses a three-way design with a sealed bass enclosure. The midrange is handled by a planar ribbon driver with a radiation area of 23cm x 7.5cm, while a second ribbon driver is used for the treble.

The tweeter is flush-mounted alongside the larger midrange ribbon, with the two drivers arranged to work together as part of the loudspeaker’s high-frequency and midrange section.

For bass, the Solidus X2 uses an 11-inch Scan-Speak Revelator driver with a sandwich paper cone. Sisound states that the design provides a combination of control, power handling and low-bass extension.

SISOUND SOLIDUS X2 DESIGN

The Solidus X2 has been developed as a smaller alternative within Sisound’s Solidus range. According to the manufacturer, its 28cm woofer and compact enclosure make the model suitable for smaller rooms, while its sealed bass design is intended to provide a controlled low-frequency response.

All Sisound loudspeakers are designed and handcrafted in Poland.
