MONITOR AUDIO HYPHN CUSTOM FINISH EDITIONS ADD OVER 200 BESPOKE COLOUR OPTIONS
Monitor Audio has expanded the finish options available for the flagship Monitor Audio Hyphn loudspeaker, introducing a custom programme offering more than 200 hand-painted finishes.
The Monitor Audio Hyphn loudspeaker is built to order in the UK, allowing customers to specify a finish to suit their listening room or interior.
MONITOR AUDIO HYPHN CUSTOM FINISH EDITIONS
The new programme adds a choice of Matte, Gloss and Metallic finishes from a palette of over 200 colours. According to Monitor Audio, every custom-finished Hyphn cabinet is painted entirely by hand in the UK before final assembly by a dedicated team of technicians at the company’s headquarters in Rayleigh, Essex. Customers ordering a custom finish should expect an estimated lead time of three months from order to delivery.
MONITOR AUDIO HYPHN DESIGN
The Hyphn remains unchanged in its engineering and construction. The loudspeaker features a cabinet precision-milled from a composite of acrylic, minerals and natural pigments, designed to provide a seamless appearance while minimising unwanted vibration. The new custom finish programme extends the existing range without altering the loudspeaker’s technical specification.
HYPHN STANDARD FINISHES REMAIN AVAILABLE
The existing standard finishes, Matte Heritage Green, Matte Black and Pure Satin White, will continue alongside the new custom colour programme. The additional finish options are intended to give buyers a wider choice when specifying the loudspeakers for their home environment.
MONITOR AUDIO HYPHN PRICE AND AVAILABILITY
The Monitor Audio Hyphn Standard Finish Collection has an MSRP of £70,000 per speaker, while the Hyphn Custom Finish Editions are priced at £80,250 per speaker. Hyphn Custom Colours are available to order now.
