AVID PULSUS II AND PELLAR II PHONO STAGES LAUNCHED
AVID has announced the new AVID Pulsus II and Pellar II phono stages, replacing two long-standing models that have been part of the company’s range since 2010 and 2012 respectively.
The new phono stages represent the first major update to these products in more than a decade.
AVID PULSUS II AND PELLAR II PHONO STAGES
According to AVID, both the Pulsus II and Pellar II feature revised component selection and updated noise reduction measures. The company says these changes are intended to improve transparency, reduce background noise and enhance dynamic performance.
UK MANUFACTURING
Like other products in the AVID range, the Pulsus II and Pellar II are designed and manufactured in the UK. The company states that both models have been developed with an emphasis on engineering precision, build quality and long-term reliability.
AVID PULSUS II AND PELLAR II PRICE AND AVAILABILITY
Both phono stages will be available worldwide from 1st July 2026. Pricing is as follows: Pellar II £1,450 / €1,995 / $2,295, while the Pulsus II is priced at £2,995 / €3,995 / $4,695.
