AXPONA 2026 Report Round Up
AXPONA 2026 WAS A HUGE AND INCREDIBLE HiFi SHOW
AXPONA 2026 has wrapped up as the largest edition of the North American HiFi show to date, with 12,546 attendees making the trip to the Renaissance Schaumburg Convention Center, around a 15% increase on 2025.
You can check out our three written reports with the links below, plus our photo report from the expo halls and HeadFi area.

AXPONA 2026 A SHOW THAT BROKE THE RECORDS
More than 750 brands from over 50 countries took part, spread across a substantial 235 listening rooms over 12 floors, alongside a busy Expo Hall, Record Fair and the ever-expanding Ear Gear Experience dedicated to personal audio.
There was also a noticeable shift in the audience this year, with a marked increase in younger visitors, Gen Z attendance alone reportedly up by more than 50%, suggesting a broadening appeal for high-end audio beyond its traditional base. Elsewhere, the show featured a growing Car Audio Showcase, complete with live demonstrations and sound quality competition, as well as a full programme of seminars covering system building, room acoustics and streaming.
Live music remains a key part of AXPONA, with performances from jazz pianist Caelan Cardello and singer-songwriter Amber Rubarth drawing strong crowds across the weekend. Taken together, AXPONA 2026 reflects a show that continues to grow not just in size, but in scope and audience.
