The new XAVIAN Medea Loudspeakers make use of the latest Scan-Speak drivers in their design.
XAVIAN Medea Loudspeakers have been designed using the latest generation Scan-Speak Ellipticor drivers, in a two-way system.
XAVIAN MEDEA LOUDSPEAKERS
The Czech HiFi brand tells us that the Medea project was not limited by anything. The goal was to achieve an authentic XAVIAN solution at the highest standard that the stand-mounted concept allows.
The XAVIAN Medea Loudspeakers is one of the first mass-produced Scan-Speak Ellipticor fully equipped loudspeakers. They have a completely separate working chamber for the tweeter and the crossover does not use capacitors. The have a rigid cabinet with internal bracing and composite bitumen damping and cover grille with hidden magnet attachment.
THE STAND
Along with the Medea, an equally unique stand was created to complement its confident aesthetic. XAVIAN say they chose slightly eccentric proportions and style, the product of a labour intensive manufacturing process, to not only ensure “completely optimal working conditions” but also to underline the uniqueness of the whole solution. They also have an integrated Soundcare adjustable anti-vibration system.
