THIS YEAR OUR WOMEN IN HIFI MEET UP AT MUNICH WAS A LITTLE DIFFERENT, AS WE TOOK TO THE HIGH END MUNICH 2025 XPERT STAGE

Every year at High End Munich, Women In HiFi meet up…this year we were asked to take it to the XPert Stage as a panel discussion, watch the video and find out more…

Volker and the High End Society team thought it would be a really valuable addition to their XPert Stage programme for us to bring our usual meet up to their stage.

It was a really fantastic panel to be involved with I was truly honoured to be on the stage with Angela of Cardas Audio leading the discussion, and my fellow participants, Amelia from Innuos, Jenny from Bass N Treble and Daniella of Manger Audio. It was a fab mix of women leading HiFi Brands, Retail and Distribution companies, and HiFi Journalism.

We had a diverse audience with many younger women joining in and raising really interesting questions, we hope to take this further at Vienna and beyond!

Personally, from feedback that I have had from young women who are starting out in the HiFi Industry, I know that our being seen, doing what what we do in this industry, has helped to inspire them and given them confidence that this is an industry that appreciates their talents and is a great work environment to forge a career in.

Usually you see us post our meet up pics from the MOC Beer Garden, but due to some timing issues with the previous panels we didn’t get chance to do that after the XPert Stage recording, BUT there were loads of women at the final High End Munich, enjoying the show and getting together…you will see some of us in the pics below.

A huge thank you to all the panel members, and to Volker and the High End Society for giving us the opportunity to be part of the XPert Stage series of panel discussions.
