WELLBEING STRATEGIST GONG SOUND BATH DEMONSTRATIONS AT AUDIO SHOW DELUXE 2026
Visitors to Audio Show Deluxe 2026 will be able to explore the therapeutic side of sound as wellbeing strategist Kasia Richter presents a series of live gong sound bath sessions throughout the weekend.
The demonstrations focus on the use of resonant acoustic instruments, offering attendees a chance to experience how sound can be used in relaxation and mindfulness practices within a HiFi listening environment.
WHAT ARE THE WELLBEING STRATEGIST SOUND BATH DEMONSTRATIONS?
Richter is a certified sound therapy practitioner and holistic psychologist who works with symphonic gongs and crystal singing bowls. Her sessions use sustained tonal frequencies to encourage relaxation and mental clarity. The approach is based on the idea that certain sound patterns can help slow brainwave activity, which is associated with rest, recovery, and emotional processing. Participants are invited to sit or lie back, close their eyes, and focus on the evolving soundscape during the sessions.
SOUND BATH DEMONSTRATIONS SCHEDULE
The demonstrations will take place on Saturday between 12:00 and 16:00, starting every half hour. On Sunday, sessions are scheduled for 12:00, 14:30, and 15:00. Each demonstration lasts around 20 minutes. Attendance is free, though places are limited and must be booked in person at the room prior to the session.
WELLBEING HOUSE AND SOUND THERAPY WORK
Outside the show, Richter runs Wellbeing House, a boutique studio in West Wimbledon where she hosts small group sound baths, workshops, and wellbeing programmes that combine psychology and sound therapy. Her work also extends internationally through retreat events that combine sound therapy, yoga, and personal development. One upcoming example is the Future Self Retreat, planned to take place in Cyprus in April 2026.

The demonstrations will be supported by a playback system consisting of a Copland integrated amplifier partnered with Franco Serblin Accordo loudspeakers. The system will be used alongside the live instruments to help present the full sonic environment during the sessions.

Opening Times: The show will open on Saturday from 9.30 am to 6.00 pm. A live performance by King Brasstards will take place at 5:00 pm.
On Sunday, the show will run from 9.30 am to 5.00 pm. The live music performance will begin at 4.00 pm, featuring guitarist Antonio Forcione.
Visitors attending across the weekend will be able to experience both the full exhibitor line-up and the scheduled live performances as part of the Audio Show Deluxe programme.
