TITANIC AUDIO MOVING COIL CARTRIDGES ANNOUNCED

Titanic Audio is a new name in the audio industry with a familiar team behind it, it’s a sister company of the mains distribution/cable company, Titan Audio.

The name Titanic, of course, is synonymous with the city of Belfast, the capital of Northern Ireland where the company is located.

TITANIC AUDIO MOVING COIL CARTRIDGES

The Titanic Audio project has been in the pipeline for many years, with the company carefully developing, researching and selecting materials and components to ensure that no corners are cut. Their aim was to produce globally competitive, true high-end pick-up cartridges that offer excellent value and optimum performance qualities within their respective price points.

The new Titanic Audio Moving Coil cartridges are constructed from quality machined acrylic, machined and plated aluminium and carbon fibre. Utilising the experience of their sister company, Titan Audio, Titanic Audio says that they pay special attention to the quality of wiring in the designs of all three models.

SHIP-SHAPE

Each model has a unique nautical shape to the body that is not only functional but is also a nod to the shipping provenance of Belfast and the story that goes with it.

Output voltage of the cartridges is designed to offer the best possible balance between micro detail and signal level, which Titanic says makes them an easy match for all specialist MC capable phono stages.
