The New Baby Arrives – Music First Baby Ref V2
We’ve had the version one of this amplifier in the reference system for a while now and on the back of its performance we ordered the version 2 a few months ago. Jonathan Billington at Music First has been building it, and i’m sure others, since then, giving us regular updates as to how the build was going.
The Baby Reference arrived in a sturdy outer suitcase style box made of tough plastic with everything inside having being kept nice and safe from the vagaries of the international couriers. We’d been asked to open the unit to look at the personal message written on top of the transformer housing…i love little touches like that!
