UPSAMPLING DAC
Inside the Swan Song Audio Mini Black Headphone Amplifier the upsampling DAC re-clocks the data stream to remove jitter. An ultra low noise floor is created by using separate batteries for the digital and analogue circuits. Additionally the brand says that advanced circuit design isolates any digital noise to keep it out of the music. Finally, a Class A Diamond stage provides enough drive for 1.75 watts into 8 ohms.
