Dear Valued Partners and Customers,
We are excited to announce an important evolution for Solidsteel’s operations in the United Kingdom. Starting January 1st, 2025, Solidsteel will implement a new sales strategy in the UK, transitioning to a direct sales model. Under this strategy, Solidsteel will no longer work with an exclusive distributor but will instead collaborate directly with retailers.
This change is part of our commitment to enhance our relationships with UK AV retailers, streamlining our operations, and providing even greater value and service to our customers.
To facilitate a smooth transition, we are pleased to inform all retailers that they can already begin placing orders directly with Solidsteel. Our Team is ready to assist and ensure a seamless ordering process during this transitional period.
