RICHER SOUNDS TO ATTEND NORTH WEST AUDIO SHOW 2025
North West Audio Show 2025 will host well-known audio retailer Richer Sounds for the first time. They got in touch to let us know what we can expect to see in their room at the show.
Richer Sounds is where many start their HiFi journey and it’s fantastic to see the retailer adding to the inclusivity and accessibility of the offerings at NWAS 2025.
ARGON AUDIO TT SIGNATURE TURNTABLE
The TT Signature represents a new flagship turntable model for Argon Audio. As a company-first, it uses a suspended design, with both a sprung chassis and isolation feet keeping vibrations to a minimum. The carbon fibre tonearm is improved with direct wiring for minimal signal loss. Packaged with a high-end Ortofon 2M Black cartridge, it’s the most premium Argon Audio turntable yet.
ONKYO ICON P-80 NETWORK PREAMPLIFIER AND M-80 POWER AMPLIFIER
Combining a streamer and pre-amp, the P-80 has every source covered. Stream via AirPlay 2, Chromecast, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi and access a wide range of services, including Spotify Connect, TIDAL Connect, Amazon Music and the latest Qobuz Connect. With an MM/MC phonostage and HDMI ARC, it will handle everything from a turntable to a TV. The M-80 uses a 3-stage Inverted Darlington Class AB amp to deliver 150 watts per channel (8 ohms).

Esoteric HiFi speaker design is made (relatively) affordable with these compact floorstanders. Revered Martin Logan sound quality comes courtesy of Gen2 Obsidian Folded Motion Tweeter S working in tandem with the Folded Motion Waveguide, dedicated mid-range unit and a trio of woofers.
