Raidho Acoustics has announced the Raidho X2t 25th Anniversary Edition, a special version of one of its most popular loudspeakers.
Created to mark the brand’s 25th year, this limited model will see only 100 pairs produced worldwide, each individually numbered and accompanied by a commemorative badge and certificate of authenticity.

Founded in Denmark in 2000, Raidho Acoustics has built a reputation for loudspeaker design, combining in-house driver engineering, high-quality materials, and distinctive aesthetics. The X2 series has long embodied the company’s “eXtreme performance for the price” ethos, selling nearly 500 pairs globally. The new Raidho X2t 25th Anniversary Edition refines this lineage with upgraded components, exclusive finishes, and refined performance.
LIMITED EDITION DETAILS AND EXCLUSIVE FEATURES
Each of the 100 pairs of Raidho X2t 25th Anniversary Edition loudspeakers features a numbered serial plate, marking its authenticity and collectable status. The speakers include several key upgrades over the standard X2 model, most notably an enhanced crossover network and premium Furutech high-end binding posts designed to improve signal transmission and overall performance. Every pair is supplied with official documentation signed by Raidho’s executive team.
THREE DISTINCTIVE RAIDHO X2T FINISHES
To underline its special-edition status, the Raidho X2t 25th Anniversary Edition is available in three new high-gloss piano lacquer finishes: Walnut Burl, Emerald Green Burl, and Midnight Blue Burl. Each finish is hand-applied, contributing to the loudspeakers’ artisanal Danish appearance and offering owners a choice between classic warmth and more contemporary styling.
RAIDHO’S RIBBON TWEETER TECHNOLOGY
At the core of the Raidho X2t 25th Anniversary Edition design is the brand’s in-house planar-magnetic ribbon tweeter. Made from an ultra-thin 11 µm aluminium foil with a total mass of just 20 milligrams, the tweeter achieves a breakup frequency beyond 82 kHz.
TANTALUM-COATED CERAMIX WOOFERS
The Raidho X2t 25th Anniversary Edition employs dual 5.25-inch Ceramix woofers, utilising a proprietary sandwich-construction cone design. Each cone combines aluminium, ceramic, and Tantalum coatings to increase stiffness and control breakup modes, extending performance up to 15 kHz. This design seeks to ensure a clean midrange response, extended low-frequency reach, and seamless integration with the ribbon tweeter.
HYBRID 2.5-WAY DESIGN AND REFINED BASS RESPONSE
The loudspeaker follows a 2.5-way topology, blending the advantages of two- and three-way systems. The configuration uses dual woofers to enhance low-frequency extension and weight, while maintaining a coherent midrange-to-treble transition. A discreet rear-ported bass reflex system allows owners to fine-tune low-end performance to suit their listening environment.
ENHANCED CROSSOVER AND INTERNAL CABLING
Raidho has implemented a fully hand-wired, point-to-point crossover layout using Mundorf components—capacitors, inductors, and resistors typically found in far more expensive designs. Internal cabling, including within the crossover network itself, is provided by Nordost Norse series wire to ensure minimal signal loss. This attention to fine detail underscores Raidho’s commitment to performance through precision engineering.

The Raidho X2t 25th Anniversary Edition is a 2.5-way bass-reflex floorstander with a frequency response of 40 Hz to 50 kHz (±3 dB). It features 87 dB sensitivity, a nominal impedance of 4 ohms, and is suitable for amplifiers rated between 50 and 300 watts. Dimensions measure 300 × 1,065 × 490 mm (including feet), with each speaker weighing 23 kg.
