PMC PROPHECY LOUDSPEAKERS RETURN TO BRISTOL HIFI SHOW 2026
PMC Distribution UK will return to the Bristol HiFi Show 2026 with a system demonstration built around the PMC prophecy loudspeakers.
The appearance also marks one year since the public debut of the prophecy range, alongside the first UK showings of new turntables from Michell Engineering and a new integrated amplifier from Bryston.
PMC PROPHECY LOUDSPEAKERS RANGE ON DEMONSTRATION
The complete PMC prophecy loudspeakers range will be shown, including the prophecy1 standmount, prophecy5 slim floorstander, prophecy7 three-way floorstander and the flagship prophecy9 with dual bass drivers. The matching prophecyC centre speaker will also be present. Demonstrations are scheduled to alternate during the day, with the PMC prophecy1 playing in morning sessions and the prophecy9 taking over in the afternoons.

MICHELL GYRO TURNTABLE MAKES UK SHOW DEBUT
Michell Engineering will use the Bristol HiFi Show 2026 to give the first UK show demonstration of the latest Michell Gyro turntable. While retaining the recognisable Gyro identity, the new version introduces substantial engineering changes beneath the surface. The updated Gyro will be partnered with Michell’s Apollo phono stage as part of the demonstration system.

MICHELL REVOLV TURNTABLE JOINS PMC PROPHECY LOUDSPEAKERS SYSTEM
Also on show will be the Michell Revolv turntable, positioned between the TecnoDec and the new Gyro in the company’s range. Revolv combines elements drawn from Michell’s long-established designs with updates intended to extend performance beyond earlier models. Jonathan Nye, Managing Director of Michell Engineering, will give twice-daily talks explaining the design and development of both the Gyro and Revolv.

BRYSTON BI-200 INTEGRATED AMPLIFIER AT BRISTOL HIFI SHOW
Electronics duties will include the Bryston Bi-200 integrated amplifier, which will receive its first UK public demonstration at the show. The Bi-200 combines Bryston’s BP-19 preamplifier and 3B power amplifier into a single chassis and will be used to drive the PMC prophecy loudspeakers throughout the weekend.
