MONITOR AUDIO BRONZE SERIES 7G EXPANDS ENTRY-LEVEL OFFERING
The Monitor Audio Bronze Series 7G is the latest generation of its entry-level loudspeaker range.
The new series includes five models designed for both two-channel HiFi and multi-channel home cinema systems. The Bronze 7G range replaces the previous Bronze 6G lineup and builds on more than two decades of development.
MONITOR AUDIO BRONZE SERIES 7G LOUDSPEAKER RANGE
The new lineup includes the Bronze 300 7G floorstanding speaker, Bronze 50 7G bookshelf speaker, Bronze Centre 7G, Bronze AMS 7G Dolby Atmos® speaker, and the newly added Bronze On-Wall 7G. All models are intended to deliver consistent sound characteristics across different system configurations, with a shared approach to driver technology and cabinet design.
The Bronze Series 7G has been developed following Monitor Audio’s Transparent Design Philosophy, which aims to balance visual design and acoustic engineering. According to the company, the intention is to produce loudspeakers that perform neutrally while fitting unobtrusively into a wide range of domestic environments.
UPDATED DRIVER DESIGN ACROSS MONITOR AUDIO BRONZE SERIES 7G
Each model features Monitor Audio’s latest generation of Ceramic-Coated Aluminium Magnesium (C-CAM) drivers. The tweeter is a revised Gold Dome design aimed at improving high-frequency clarity, while the 6-inch bass and bass-mid drivers are updated with new motor systems and larger voice coils. These changes are designed to reduce distortion and improve overall sensitivity.
CABINET DESIGN AND MATERIALS
The speaker cabinets are built with a focus on structural integrity and acoustic performance. Real wood and plywood front baffles have been used—an unusual feature at this level—alongside internal through-bolt bracing to minimise unwanted resonances. The speakers come in Satin Black, Satin White, and Walnut finishes.
CROSSOVER REFINEMENTS
Crossovers in the Bronze 7G series have been revised and are constructed using higher-grade components. These changes are intended to provide a more seamless integration between the drivers and support a balanced overall sound profile.
COMPATIBILITY WITH MONITOR AUDIO VESTRA SUBWOOFERS
The Bronze Series 7G has been developed in parallel with Monitor Audio’s Vestra subwoofer range. Available in 10-, 12-, and 15-inch models, the Vestra subs have been tuned to match the Bronze 7G speakers in both performance and appearance, allowing for flexible combinations in stereo or surround systems.
