GRYPHON ANTILEON REVELATION POWER AMPLIFIER TO PREMIERE AT HIGH END MUNICH 2025
Gryphon Audio Designs will unveil the Gryphon Antileon Revelation, the fifth-generation model in its long-running power amplifier line, at High End Munich 2025.
The new amplifier coincides with two anniversaries for the Danish brand, 30 years of the Antileon range and Gryphon’s 40th year of operation.
GRYPHON ANTILEON REVELATION CONTINUES CLASS A DESIGN TRADITION
Staying with the dual mono, pure Class A design approach seen in previous Antileon models, the Antileon Revelation is designed to deliver high current output and stability across a wide range of loudspeaker loads. The amplifier is available in both stereo (165 watts per channel) and mono (180 watts per channel) configurations.

DESIGN AND INTERNAL COMPONENTS UPDATED
The chassis design retains several elements from the previous Antileon EVO, with some visual updates including a new Gryphon emblem on the transformer cover. On the rear panel, Gryphon has fitted its latest proprietary speaker binding posts and dual 20-amp AC inlets. Internally, each chassis features 40 bipolar Toshiba output transistors—components also used in Gryphon’s Apex model—and a total of 670,000 μF power supply capacitance (335,000 μF per channel). Two custom 1150VA toroidal transformers handle the audio circuits, while a separate power supply manages the digital control systems.
GRYPHON ANTILEON REVELATION SPECIFICATIONS AND PRICING
The amplifier’s power rating and component specifications indicate a focus on performance continuity rather than a complete overhaul. Pricing for the Gryphon Antileon Revelation is set at €38,800 / $45,500 USD per chassis, with availability expected from mid-August 2025.
GRYPHON ANTILEON REVELATION SYSTEM AT HIGH END MUNICH 2025
At High End Munich 2025, Gryphon will demonstrate a complete system built around the Antileon Revelation Mono amplifiers. The system will also include the Ethos CD/DAC, Commander preamplifier, EOS 5 loudspeakers, PowerZone 3.20 power unit, StandArt equipment racks, and Vanta cables. Gryphon’s full team will be available to speak with visitors about the new model, as well as upcoming brand developments and distribution plans. Gryphon will be located in Atrium 4.1, Room E120.
