GOLDMUND TELOS 670 INTEGRATED AMPLIFIER LAUNCHED
Swiss audio manufacturer Goldmund has announced the new Goldmund Telos 670 Integrated Amplifier.
The model combines preamplifier and power amplifier functions in a single chassis and is intended for use with passive loudspeakers.
GOLDMUND TELOS 670 INTEGRATED AMPLIFIER
The Telos 670 is based on Goldmund’s Telos Class A/B circuit architecture, developed over several decades. The design is specified to deliver wide bandwidth and low distortion, with reduced output impedance for greater loudspeaker control, particularly in low-frequency reproduction.

The amplifier provides a rated output of 2 x 215 watts into 8 ohms (IEC60065 standard). Harmonic and intermodulation distortion figures are quoted at below 0.08% across 20 Hz to 20 kHz at 30 Vrms output. A damping factor of 600 at 1 kHz/8 Ω and a dynamic range of 100 dB are specified.
GOLDMUND TELOS 670 CONNECTIVITY OPTIONS
Input options include USB Audio Class 2.0 supporting up to 384 kHz/32-bit PCM and DSD64/128, one coaxial S/PDIF, one Toslink optical input, and five analogue RCA inputs. Outputs consist of binding posts for left and right channels. RS232 control connectivity is also provided.
PHYSICAL CONSTRUCTION
The Telos 670 is housed in a 10 mm aluminium enclosure designed to provide electromagnetic shielding. A 30 mm-thick radiator chassis functions as a passive heat sink, and the amplifier incorporates structural elements intended to reduce vibration. Standard finish is grey, with black available by request.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
The amplifier has a gain of 35 dB, with a maximum power consumption of 250 W (IEC 60065, 1/8 output power at 8 Ω). The noise floor is specified at below 10 μV from 20 Hz to 20 kHz. Dimensions are 44 cm x 16 cm x 39.5 cm, with a weight of 24.5 kg.
GOLDMUND TELOS 670 PRICE AND AVAILABILITY
The Goldmund Telos 670 Integrated Amplifier will be available from September 2025 at a suggested retail price of 20,000 CHF excluding VAT
