Goldmund Mimesis Statement Analogue Preamplifier
GOLDMUND MIMESIS STATEMENT PREAMPLIFIER INTRODUCED
Swiss HiFi brand Goldmund has introduced the Goldmund Mimesis Statement, a new flagship analogue preamplifier.
The Goldmund Mimesis Statement Analogue Preamplifier features a three-chassis architecture designed to separate the preamplification electronics from its power supplies.

GOLDMUND MIMESIS STATEMENT ANALOGUE PREAMPLIFIER
The preamplification electronics are housed separately from two external power supply units, with one dedicated to each channel. A fully symmetrical internal architecture further separates the left and right channels.
The Mimesis Statement uses a new generation of power supply electronics based on Goldmund’s discrete regulation principle, with additional voltage-regulation stages. A newly developed audio board features a revised architecture and volume-control management. Proprietary internal wiring and optimised heat dissipation are also used to minimise interference.

MEASURED PERFORMANCE
Goldmund specifies a frequency response of 0.2 Hz to 1.5 MHz (±3 dB), THD+N of 0.0002% and IMD+N of 0.0006%, measured from unbalanced input to unbalanced output. Signal-to-noise ratio is stated as above 130 dB on line input, or above 138 dB A-weighted.
GOLDMUND MIMESIS STATEMENT DESIGN
The Mimesis Statement includes two Trigger Out connections, switching between 0 V and 12 V to control the operating state of two compatible power amplifiers simultaneously. The exterior has been redesigned with a new cover glass display and metal-coated front-panel controls. A recessed gold line runs across the three chassis, visually linking the separate components.

GOLDMUND MIMESIS STATEMENT PRICE AND AVAILABILITY
Shipping at the end of October, the Goldmund Mimesis Statement is priced at $240,000 USD and £182,000
HiFi PiG says: The Goldmund Mimesis Statement combines a three-chassis design with separate channel power supplies and impressive published specifications. We look forward to hearing it.
