Goldmund’s new Eidos SACD CD player can handle PCM audio formats up to 384KHz and has DSD512 support.

Its rear digital and analogue outputs enable customization and compatibility with various audio equipment, while a shielding solution ensures, say the Swiss HiFi brand “perfect harmonization between different parts of the device”.
MECHANISM
Based on the D&M SACD mechanism, it is integrated into the Goldmund mechanical grounding system to evacuate vibrations, and the Goldmund damper to increase rigidity of the loader mechanism.
FINISH
Available in its grey finish and maintaining its unique aesthetics, the Eidos SACD benefits from the same audio card as its big brother, as well as a new front panel, including the control keyboard.
