EVERSOLO SE100 PASSIVE HiFi BOOKSHELF SPEAKERS LAUNCHED
Eversolo has announced the Eversolo SE100 Passive HiFi Bookshelf Speakers, marking the company’s move from digital signal processing products into also producing passive loudspeakers.
The Eversolo SE100 Passive HiFi Bookshelf Speakers are positioned as compact two-way bookshelf speakers intended for near-field and small-room listening environments.
EVERSOLO SE100 PASSIVE HiFi BOOKSHELF SPEAKERS
The Eversolo SE100 Passive HiFi Bookshelf Speakers use a square cabinet format with a 1:1 proportion, constructed from high-density MDF. The enclosure is designed to reduce internal resonances and standing waves, and is finished in a matte PU coating. Eversolo states that the dimensions allow the speakers to fit into standard shelving systems, including IKEA KALLAX units, making them suitable for desktop, study, or living-room use.
DRIVER CONFIGURATION
The Eversolo SE100 Passive HiFi Bookshelf Speakers employ a two-way layout. High frequencies are handled by a 25mm silk dome tweeter using a neodymium magnet system, while mid and low frequencies are reproduced by a 5.25-inch paper-pulp cone mid-bass driver. Paper-pulp is chosen for its natural damping characteristics and tonal balance, particularly in the midrange.

CROSSOVER AND TUNING
According to Eversolo, the SE100 uses a carefully tuned crossover network designed to maintain phase and time alignment between the drivers. Component values were selected through a combination of measurement and listening tests in the company’s acoustic laboratory. The stated aim is a flat and coherent frequency response across the main operating range, with bass extension reaching down to around 50Hz.
EVERSOLO SE100 PASSIVE HiFi BOOKSHELF SPEAKERS PERFORMANCE FOCUS
The mid-bass driver is fitted with a high-purity oxygen-free copper voice coil, which Eversolo says supports fast transient response and controlled dynamics. The speaker is intended to handle both subtle musical detail and more dynamic passages without requiring large listening spaces or extensive room treatment.
A magnetically attached, acoustically transparent grille is supplied, using low-diffraction fabric to protect the drivers while minimising impact on high-frequency output. The compact form factor and passive design make the speakers suitable for pairing with a wide range of amplifiers in desktop or small HiFi systems.
