Distributor Decent Audio will showcase a full system built around Scansonic, Dual and SPL Audio at Audio Show Deluxe 2026.
The demonstration system combines analogue and digital sources with high-power amplification and Danish loudspeakers, offering visitors a chance to hear several recently introduced components together.
DUAL CS718Q TURNTABLE AND SPL ELECTRONICS ANALOGUE FRONT END
The analogue source in the system will be the Dual CS718q turntable, a direct drive model expected to be released later this year. The turntable feeds a chain of electronics from SPL, including a preamplifier and a pair of SPL M1000 monoblock power amplifiers. SPL’s background in professional audio design informs the company’s approach to amplification and signal processing, and these components form the core of the system driving the loudspeakers.
Alongside the analogue setup, the system will also include a digital front end using an SPL DAC. This adds digital playback capability to the demonstration and reflects SPL’s long-standing involvement in studio and mastering equipment design.
SCANSONIC MB 8B LOUDSPEAKER UK SHOW DEBUT
The amplification will drive the Scansonic MB 8B loudspeakers, which are appearing at a UK HiFi show for the first time. The MB 8B is the largest model in the company’s MB B series and weighs approximately 45kg per speaker. The driver configuration includes a quasi ribbon tweeter, two 5.25-inch midrange drivers and two 8-inch bass drivers, arranged to deliver a wide frequency range from a floorstanding cabinet.
SYSTEM CABLING
System cabling will include analogue interconnects from Van den Hul, while network connections will be handled by cables from Japanese specialist brand AIM. These components complete the signal chain for both analogue and digital playback during the demonstrations.

Visitors attending Audio Show Deluxe 2026 will be able to hear the Dual CS718q turntable, SPL electronics, and Scansonic MB 8B loudspeakers working together as a complete system. Decent Audio will be demonstrating the setup throughout the weekend in the Catalunya room at the show.
AUDIO SHOW DELUXE 2026 INFO & TICKETS

Audio Show Deluxe takes place on the 21st March and 22nd March 2026

Opening Times: The show will open on Saturday from 9.30 am to 6.00 pm. A live performance by King Brasstards will take place at 5:00 pm.
On Sunday, the show will run from 9.30 am to 5.00 pm. The live music performance will begin at 4.00 pm, featuring guitarist Antonio Forcione.
Visitors attending across the weekend will be able to experience both the full exhibitor line-up and the scheduled live performances as part of the Audio Show Deluxe programme.
