Chord Company’s XLPE upgrade programme reaches the Shawline range of British-made cables.
Chord Company has upgraded its Shawline analogue interconnect with its recently introduced XLPE (Cross-linked Polythene) insulation, creating, they say, the best-performing Shawline cable yet, the Chord Company ShawlineX ARAY.

The new Chord Company ShawlineX ARAY is the latest in a line of handmade-in-the-UK cables from Chord Company to benefit from the performance-enhancing dielectric; Shawline’s upgrade follows the SignatureX and EpicX ARAY interconnects earlier in 2023.
