AUDIO PHYSIC AVANTERA FLOORSTANDING LOUDSPEAKER LAUNCHED
Audio Physic of Germany has launched the latest generation of their Avantera floor-standing loudspeaker.
The Audio Physic Avantera floorstanding loudspeaker made its debut at High End Munich earlier this year.

The Audio Physic Avantera incorporates many developments from the Cardeas. along with numerous new innovations and advancements.
MULTI SANDWICH STRUCTURE
The Avantera is a four-way speaker with Audio Physic’s multi-sandwich enclosure. Inside, the asymmetrical section is made of a high-tech honeycomb sandwich. The outside is covered with either a glass-elastomer or wood veneer panel-elastomer composite. This makes the enclosure rigid and provides very high internal damping. The cabinet struts are also made of high-tech honeycomb panels and ceramic foam elements.
HHCT III+ TWEETER
The Avantera features a mechanically isolated mounting plate for the HHCT III+ tweeter, completely decoupling it from the cabinet.
HHCM SL+ BASS/MIDRANGE DRIVER AND DOUBLE SURROUND BASS/MIDRANGE DRIVER
The new Audio Physic HHCM SL+ midrange driver operates without a spider. The new Audio Physic Double Surround bass/midrange drivers also work without a conventional spider. Audio Physic have further revised the contacts for the tweeter and midrange and equipped them with WBT Plasma ProtectTM connectors. Even the terminal has been redesigned with improved WBT nextgenTM binding posts. All capacitors are newly developed in long listening sessions and have a copper foam contact.

The Audio Physic PowerTrain, with its centreless drivers at its heart, as already known from the Cardeas, transfers kinetic energy efficiently and is designed to give a natural music reproduction.
AUDIO PHYSIC AVANTERA PRICE AND AVAILABILITY
Audio Physic’s Avantera loudspeakers will be available from late November and will
retail at £21,800 in Glass White and Glass Black finish, or £22,800 in Black Ebony High Gloss and Rosewood High Gloss finish.
Shipment includes a VCF V Magnetic Plus Speaker Set.
