THE LATEST FROM ABSOLUTE SOUNDS AND TEN COLLECTION, HiFi LOUNGE, NINTRONICS, TECHNICS AND MORE AT UK HIFI SHOW LIVE 2025
HiFi enthusiasts are set for a treat as the UK HiFi Show Live returns to the Ascot Grandstand on the 27th–28th September 2025. First staged at Ascot in 2019, the high-end audio show will once again host a wide array of brands and products.
HiFi PiG’s Oscar and Kelly will be on the ground reporting from the event.

ABSOLUTE SOUNDS TEN COLLECTION WITH HIFI LOUNGE
HiFi Lounge is partnering with the Ten collection to demonstrate DeVore Fidelity’s latest creation, the O/Bronze, a speaker that fuses DeVore’s O/96 with elements derived from the top-level O/Reference model, including the same high-frequency unit and cast bronze chassis for the drivers.
The DeVore Fidelity O/Bronze is hand-crafted in Brooklyn, New York, in strictly limited quantity and is priced at £28,998 per pair.
The speakers will be driven by a pair Trafomatic Glenn mono power amps, combined with a Trafomatic Lara line-level preamp, an HSE Swiss Reference Line 7 phono preamp and an Döhmann Audio Helix Two Mk3 turntable with an Analog Relax cartridge.
The demo system’s digital source will be provided by Antipodes Audio and dCS – two companies from Absolute Sounds’ main portfolio, with cabling by Ikigai Audio.
Other products from the Ten collection will be on static display.
Ten Collection with HiFi Lounge can be found on level 2 of the Ascot Grandstand in the Windsor Forest Suite.
D’AGOSTINO PENDULUM AMPLIFIER
Also from Absolute Sounds comes the D’Agostino Pendulum integrated amplifier, described by critics as a landmark in the high-end sector. Positioned as Dan D’Agostino’s ‘entry-level’ design, the Pendulum aims to bring the brand’s distinctive sonic signature to a wider audience.

DCS LINA DAC X
Digital HiFi brand dCS will showcase the new Lina DAC X, a network-enabled model featuring the company’s proprietary upsampling and filter technology. The unit also offers integrated preamplifier functionality, promising flexibility for modern streaming-based systems.
PATHOS INPOL LEGACY AND GRYPHON ANTILEON REVELATION
Nintronics will demonstrate two heavyweight integrated and power amplifiers. From Italy, the Pathos InPol Legacy combines a tube preamp stage with a powerful Class A output section, delivering up to 100W per channel. Meanwhile, Denmark’s Gryphon Audio will present the Antileon Revelation, a power amplifier that can be configured for stereo or mono use.
SPHINX ELEMENT 3 FLOORSTANDERS
Dutch marque Sphinx returns under the stewardship of International Audio Holding, parent company of Siltech and Crystal Cable. Their Element 3 loudspeakers will appear at Ascot, featuring a synthetic stone enclosure inspired by the shape of a harp. The design employs a hybrid active/passive crossover and Sphinx’s ‘Zero Gravity’ bass tuning. Demonstrations will pair these with CH Precision’s L1 and M1.1 amplification.
TECHNICS SL-1000R TURNTABLE
Technics continues to champion vinyl replay with its SL-1000R reference turntable. Launched in 2018, this flagship deck combines an outboard power supply and controller with a bronze-topped platter and precision-engineered S-shaped tonearm.
VINTAGE HIFI WITH TIM JARMAN
Adding a historical flavour, HiFi News’ vintage specialist Tim Jarman will present classic equipment including the iconic Bang & Olufsen Beosystem 8000, originally launched in 1980 and famed for its forward-looking design and performance.
HiFi PiG’s Oscar and Kelly will be reporting from the show, bringing insights and photos from all the exhibitors.
