FONOLAB SVPER QVATTVOR QUINQUENNIAL AT WARSAW 2026
fonolab will present the SVPER QVATTVOR Quinquennial at Audio Video Show Warsaw 2026, a limited-edition balanced transformer platform created to mark five years of the QVATTVOR platform.
The Anniversary Edition combines three dedicated signal paths for MC stereo, MC mono and MM cartridges in a single analogue component.

FONOLAB SVPER QVATTVOR QUINQUENNIAL BALANCED TRANSFORMER PLATFORM
The SVPER QVATTVOR Quinquennial provides separate configurations for different cartridge types. The MC Stereo section supports both high- and low-output MC cartridges, using step-up transformers connected directly to the XLR inputs. An integrated demagnetisation function is provided for the transformers and connected cartridge.
The MC Mono section supports In-Phase and Anti-Phase mono cartridge designs, with a rear-panel polarity switch for signal summing and separate settings for high- and low-output mono MC cartridges.
The MM/MI section features switchable equalisation and converts the cartridge signal into a balanced format for use with fully balanced analogue systems. Both balanced and unbalanced outputs are provided.

FONOLAB ANALOGUE DESIGN
The SVPER QVATTVOR Quinquennial has been developed from fonolab’s work in balanced analogue systems, step-up transformers and precision tonearm technology.
The MC sections have an input impedance of 0–5 / 40 Ohms, output impedance of 4k Ohms, frequency response of 10Hz–120kHz (+0.5dB / -1.0dB) and step-up ratios of 1:33 / 1:10.
The MM section has a 1:2 (+6dB) step-up ratio and a frequency response of 5Hz–100kHz (±0.5dB).
FONOLAB SVPER QVATTVOR QUINQUENNIAL LIMITED EDITION
The Anniversary Edition is limited to five units worldwide and will be available with either a silver or black anodised front panel. The unit measures 386 x 295 x 95mm.
FONOLAB LOCATION AT AV SHOW WARSAW 2026
fonolab will present the SVPER QVATTVOR Quinquennial at Audio Video Show Warsaw 2026, at the Radisson Blu Sobieski, Room 408, Warsaw. The limited edition has an MSRP of €6,850 excluding VAT and is restricted to five units worldwide.
