Dutch Audio Event 2026 Golden PiG Awards
DAE 2026 HiFi PiG GOLDEN PIG AWARDS
Find out who the Golden PiG awards were won by at the Dutch Audio Event 2026.
At the DAE 2026, we gave two Golden PiG Awards. These small but mighty creatures are awarded to the exhibitors at the show who we feel made not just a beautiful sound, but also went the extra mile, making their room an engaging, welcoming and fun experience for visitors. Lin and Stu, and Oscar and Kelly, each picked their favourites of the rooms they covered at the show.
DAE 2026 GOLDEN PIG AWARD – LINEAR
The quality of rooms at DAE 2026 made choosing our winner an incredibly difficult task. Shout outs go to Dimex for a superb space that was fun and engaging, Audio Group Denmark for their excellent setup and sound, and ERCT and the Mavis system that punched well above its price point!
However, we could only choose one winner, and that is Linear, and their room with Cyrus and Audio Physic. From entering the room, it was a welcoming environment which was well laid out with acoustic treatment, plants, and a well-placed system. They played Spring IV – The Mountain, by Rebekka Karijord and it sounded superb, this system allowed us to get lost in the music with an incredibly engaging yet refined sound. Linear did a superb job at both setting up and demonstrating the system, as well as making the room look great…and that is why they got our Golden PiG award.

DAE 2026 GOLDEN PIG AWARD – AEQUO AUDIO
It was a difficult choice for us too, we had some very close contenders, including the Manger and SPL room, Estelon and also Electric Ivy with Basel Acoustics and Wattson Audio.
When it came down to it, we had to go with Aequo Audio. The local guys manage to combine a flawless professional presentation, with great sound, a friendly welcome and a well set up and welcoming room. They do this consistently at every show they exhibit at and thoughorly deserve the recognition of our DAE 2026 Golden Pig Award.
