High End Vienna 2026 Report Part Five – Floor 2
OSCAR AND KELLY BRING YOU COVERAGE OF FLOOR 2 AT HIGH END VIENNA 2026
With a lot of big names, Floor 2 of the ACV held some real treats, as Oscar and Kelly found out.
If you want to check out our previous reports from High End Vienna 2026 in the Austria Center Vienna, you can find Part One here, Part two here, Part Three here and Part Four here.

WILSON BENESCH
Wilson Benesch partnered with Ypsilon electronics, and had their new Greenwich turntable which we saw at Deluxe, with Graviton Ti tonearm and Tessellate Ti-D cartridge, Endeavour 3zero speakers, IGx infrasonic generator, Ypsilon Aelius power amps, PST100 pre-amp, DAC 1000, VPS100 power supply, Innuos ZENith next-gen server, and Stromtank mains conditioner. Always a great sounding room, although they were playing classical this time around.

MUSIC HALL / MOFI
In here you had a static display of Music Hall turntables, alongside electronics from MoFi. The demo system had MoFi SourcePoint 10 speakers, MasterDeck turntable, and MasterPhono phono stage, alongside a HiFi Rose streamer, Lab 12 mains distribution block, Lab 12 Integre4 Mk2 integrated amplifier, and Lab12 dac1 Reference DAC. Always fun sounds from the MoFi room, and the SourcePoint 10 speakers with Lab12 valve amp are a brilliant pairing.
Elsewhere they were showing off some pretty nifty looking speakers that fit into your Ikea Kallax units, very home friendly.

AMG / PATHOS / MARCO SERRI DESIGN
This was a lovely sounding room, and Mike from Sierra Sound was running the room with great enthusiasm. This system featured an AMG Viella 12JT Wooden Frame turntable fitted with a DS Audio DS Master 3 optical cartridge and partnered with the new DS Audio TB-50 Phono Equalizer. Amplification came from the Pathos InPol Legacy integrated amplifier, driving Marco Serri Design Modena 0.5 / 0.3 floorstanding loudspeakers. The system was completed with Anti Noise Technologies Reference Series cabling.

MAGICO
Magico had their S7 speakers on demo, with a full complement of Wadax source kit and Plinium electronics including the Olympus pre-amp, Cronus power amps, and an Antipodes Oladra server. This was a great sounding room, very controlled, effortless, without missing anything.

CANTON
Canton have gone all-in on colours at the show, the speakers look great with quite home-friendly looks.
In the main room they had their reference speakers, and were playing the Reference Alpha 1 speakers paired with AVM Ovation MA 8.3 S mono-blocks, PC 5.3 mains conditioner, Ovation CS 8.3S all-in-one CD-receiver with streaming, and InAkustik cabling. This was a smooth and easy to listen to setup, with great scale and depth as you would expect from speakers this size.

TRANS ROTOR JR
Loads of turntables on display from Trans Rotor Jr here, with some very cool engineering too.

HIGH FIDELITY STUDIO
This distributor had a range of products on display and demo, from Exposure Electronics, Grado, Pathos, Hana cartridges, MoFi, Origin Live, and Aesthetix.

LUXMAN
Luxman had a range of their centenary edition products, paired with the Marten Parker Quintet diamond edition speakers. This is a good pairing, the musical nature of the Luxman takes the edge off the diamond tweeters, and overall, it was a natural sounding system. Electronics in use were B-100 Centennial mono-blocks, L-100 Centennial integrated amp, PD-191A turntable, C-10X pre-amp, E-07 phono stage, D-100 Centennial SACD player, NT-07 network transport, and StromTank mains conditioning.

PROAC / AESTHETIX
ProAC DB1R playing in this room, classical again, a little sharp at times but overall, well balanced. These were running out of an Aesthetix Mimas integrated amplifier, and Romulus CD player, with AudioQuest mains conditioning, and an Origin Live Sovereign turntable.

BEAUDIOFUL
In Room 2.65 Suite B, Wolf von Langa showcased its Organic loudspeakers, partnered with Air Tight electronics including the ATC-1 preamplifier, ATM-300R power amplifier, and ATE-3011 phono stage. The analogue front end came from PrimaryControl, comprising the Kinea II turntable, Arrow V tonearm, and Gravity One cartridge, alongside the AntiMode Mat and AntiMode Balancer. The system was housed on a PrimaryControl HiFi Rack, with an Illusonic Audio Processor also featured in the room.

J.SIKORA / ENGSTROM / KROMA ATELIER / CINNAMON / ARGENTO AUDIO
Kroma Atelier speakers are excellent, especially when paired with the superb Engstrom amplifiers – this was an engaging room sonically, with a full and punchy sound, and effortless detail across the board.
Specifically, you had the Kroma Atelier Thais loudspeakers with Engström electronics, including the Arne integrated amplifier and M-Phono phono stage. The analogue front end featured a J.Sikora Aspire turntable with tonearm, fitted with a Cinnamon Audio Kagami Ena cartridge, while digital duties were handled by the Cinnamon Audio Galle DAC Model II and Network Transport. Argento supplied the cabling and Flow Ultima power distributor, with the entire system housed on an Artesania Audio Exoteryc 3-level Panzerholz stand and Panzerholz shelves.

CAMBRIDGE AUDIO
Cambridge Audio released their new Evo 300 at the show, a 300w (into 8 Ohms) class-D all-in-one streaming amplifier that was driving a pair of Dynaudio Contour Legacy. Internally it features a fully dual-mono design, and has a dedicated sub-out that is fully adjustable via the app.
They also announced the release of their Evo One all-in-one streaming speaker, in a midnight black finish, for those who don’t want the real walnut veneer of the original.
They then had a demo system with their new active speakers, one room treated with GIK acoustic panels which had the L/R X playing and they filled the room with big, bold sound and great composure. Elsewhere they had a space with the smaller L/R M, with lots of people asking where the sub is hiding – they sound massive for their compact size and were certainly a hit at the show
Around the side of the room, they had their core-HiFi components on static display, including the CX, and EX ranges.

MOON AUDIO
Moon were using the Dynaudio Contour Legacy, alongside their 491 streamer and 461 power amp, with a static display of their models at the side of their room.

THORENS
Thorens had a static display of many of their turntables.

T+A
T+A had a static display of their models outside the main demo room, along with a headphone listening station. Unfortunately, they were running timed demos in their main room and I couldn’t get in to see the system.

WEINER LAUTSPRECHER MANUFAKTUR
A local company from Vienna and longtime Munich exhibitor, WLM were showing off a variety of their products, including the new Ellington XL speakers, Monitor controllers, rear connection panels, and analogue phono stage. They did have a rather nice Nagra reel-to-reel recorder at the side of the room too.

FOCAL / NAIM
Well, finally some good music (to my taste), Rage Against The Machine – Killing In The Name; and it was brilliant. The little Naim CI-UNITI 102 was driving the Focal Aria Evo X No4 with great power, this was a punchy and energetic presentation that had me bopping along. Elsewhere they had a static display of their Diva Utopia, Mu-So Hekla, other Naim components, and a headphone listening area too.

MARTION
Big horns in this room, the Aeonor from Martion, paired with Riviera Labs mono amps and pre-amp, alongside MasterFidelity NADAC C and NADAC D. There were also quite a few other assorted bits in the rack in this room.

SPHINX / SILTECH
Big room with cables from Crystal Cable and Siltech, Sphinx speakers, and Siltech electronics. You had the Sphinx Element 5 speakers paired with Siltech Saga amps, Innuos ZENith Next-Gen server, Soulution 760 pre-amp, and Siltech + Crystal Cables cabling throughout.

FYNE AUDIO
Fyne had a fine array of their speakers on display around the side of the room, including their new little active ones.
Whilst I was in the room, they did a demo of their S-Trax super tweeter, it’s quite impressive how something that operates beyond the capability of human hearing can increase the soundstaging and air of the system.
The demo system used consisted of the F501E speakers, with S-Trax, Cyrus 40 amplifier, Streamer, PSU, and CD player. They had a second system using the Unison Research Unico PRE v2 pre-amp, and Unico DM v2 power amp alongside their Unico CD Due player – running into the F703SP with Supertrax 360.

GRYPHON AUDIO
Around the side of this room, you had a history of Gryphon audio, told by products – a nice touch.
They had a big system in here, they played Enjoy The Silence by Depeche Mode and it was both powerful, yet controlled, deep bass with great midrange clarity and crisp treble.
The system used their Trident II speakers, paired with the new Hyperion power amplifier, Apollo turntable, Helios pre-amp, PSU 5, and Powerzone 3 10 mains distribution block.
