KLH MODEL FOUR LOUDSPEAKER ADDED TO MODEL COLLECTION
American HiFi brand, KLH Audio has introduced the new Model Four loudspeaker, expanding its Model Collection with a compact three-way acoustic suspension design aimed at listeners looking for a more placement-friendly floorstanding speaker.
The KLH Model Four sits between the existing Model Three and Model Five in the company’s range.

The KLH Model Four Loudspeaker combines an 8-inch woofer first used in the Model Three with the midrange driver, tweeter and crossover approach developed for the larger Model Five. KLH says the cabinet proportions also take inspiration from the wider, shallow-depth design of the flagship Model Seven.
KLH MODEL FOUR DESIGNED FOR SMALLER ROOMS
KLH positions the Model Four as a loudspeaker intended for apartments, lofts and living spaces where speaker placement can be challenging. The company highlights the benefits of its acoustic suspension cabinet design, which is intended to maintain bass perfomance even when positioned close to walls or corners.
The cabinet measures 13 inches wide and 8.25 inches deep, extending to just under 11 inches when used with the supplied six-degree slanted riser. According to KLH, this makes it the shallowest speaker in the current Model Collection.
DRIVER CONFIGURATION
The Model Four uses a sealed MDF enclosure with a three-way driver layout consisting of an 8-inch pulp-paper woofer, a 4-inch pulp-paper midrange driver and a 1-inch aluminium dome tweeter. KLH states a frequency response of 46Hz–20kHz (+/-3dB) with low-frequency extension reaching 35Hz at -10dB.
A three-position Acoustic Balance Control switch is included to adjust mid and high-frequency output to suit room acoustics. Other features include gold-plated five-way binding posts, magnetic grilles and a choice of English Walnut, Black Ash or White Oak finishes.
KLH MODEL FOUR PRICE AND AVAILABILITY
The KLH Model Four will be available from September 2026. Pricing is set at $999.99 USD each ($1,999.98 per pair), €999.00 each in Europe and £899.00 each in the UK, including the riser stands.
