Paradigm Electronics has announced the Paradigm Premier Series V2 Loudspeakers, a revised range of loudspeakers set to debut publicly at AXPONA 2026.

The Paradigm Premier Series v2 is positioned as a step-up option for listeners moving beyond entry-level systems. Paradigm indicates that the range is intended to bridge the gap between its more affordable and higher-end loudspeaker lines, incorporating elements from its premium designs while remaining accessible within its product hierarchy.

PARADIGM PREMIER SERIES V2 LOUDSPEAKERS

The Premier Series v2 represents a redesign of the existing range, with updates to cabinet construction, driver systems, and overall architecture. The focus of the redesign is on reducing distortion and maintaining a neutral presentation, with cabinets engineered for rigidity and reduced vibration. Paradigm states that elements of the design draw on technologies developed for its higher-tier ranges.

DRIVER AND MATERIAL DEVELOPMENTS

The new series introduces several updated driver technologies. High frequencies are handled by AL-MAC drivers, combining aluminium, magnesium, and ceramic materials. Midrange duties use AL-MAG drivers, designed for sensitivity and control, while bass is delivered via Carbon-X unibody cones intended to maintain stability at higher output levels. These changes aim to improve consistency across the frequency range.

SOUND CONTROL AND DISPERSION

To manage dispersion and listening consistency, the speakers incorporate Paradigm’s PPA (Perforated Phase-Aligning) Lens and OSW (Oblate Spheroidal Waveguide). These are designed to guide sound more directly towards the listener and maintain performance across a wider listening area. The range also includes adjustable outriggers with isolation feet, intended to reduce vibration transfer to the floor.

MODEL RANGE AND SYSTEM FLEXIBILITY

The lineup includes both standmount and floorstanding speakers, along with centre and LCR channel options, allowing for use in stereo or home cinema systems. This suggests a focus on system-building flexibility, with models suited to a variety of room sizes and applications.
