NEODIO LILLI LOUDSPEAKER LAUNCHES WITH COMPACT DESIGN AND BIG SOUND
French manufacturer Neodio has introduced their first ever loudspeaker, the Neodio Lilli, a compact two-way speaker designed to deliver full-range performance from an enclosure no taller than “three apples.”
The Neodio Lilli Loudspeaker aims to combine small size with high-end acoustic design, offering realistic low-frequency response and a wide, immersive soundstage uncommon in mini loudspeakers.
NEODIO LILLI LOUDSPEAKER
The Neodio Lilli is built entirely in France and uses high-density MDF cabinetry designed to balance neutrality and compactness. At just 210mm high and 154mm wide, the enclosure incorporates internal damping materials and stainless-steel side discs with viscoelastic layers to control resonance. Each cabinet weighs 5kg and includes a rear-firing bass reflex port.
HIGH-QUALITY FRENCH-MADE DRIVERS
The Neodio Lilli Loudspeaker employs two bespoke drivers manufactured in France by Kartesian. The 100mm aluminium and carbon woofer offers high excursion and low distortion, while the 28mm soft-dome tweeter with a neodymium magnet is designed to reproduce high frequencies with clarity and precision. The proximity of the two transducers within the small enclosure contributes to a highly coherent stereo image, Neodio tell us.
OPTIMISED INTERNAL COMPONENTS
Neodio has applied extensive testing to the Lilli’s crossover design, using varnished air coils, polypropylene capacitors, and other proprietary component combinations. Internal wiring is made with Neodio’s Fractal 8 cable, and the speaker terminals follow the company’s philosophy of using reliable, low-mass connectors to ensure clean signal transmission.
SOUND CHARACTER AND PERFORMANCE
According to Neodio, the Lilli offers natural timbre and strong sound density, aiming for a transparent presentation that allows the sound to “float in the air.” With an 8-ohm impedance and 82dB sensitivity, it is compatible with amplifiers from 40 watts upward. The stated frequency response extends from 50Hz to 20kHz, allowing use for both music and home cinema systems without sacrificing tonal balance.
DEDICATED LILLI STAND OPTIONS
A custom stand is available for the Neodio Lilli, constructed from high-density MDF and fully bonded to enhance rigidity. The stand rests on three contact points and can be upgraded with Neodio’s Harmonie footers for additional isolation. Multiple finish options are offered, including custom colours on request.
WARRANTY AND LONGEVITY
As with all Neodio products, the Lilli is covered by the brand’s Blue Program, which provides a ten-year warranty for the original purchaser. This reflects Neodio’s focus on long-term reliability and sustainable manufacturing practices.
