Exposure Electronics has unveiled its new flagship model, the Exposure 5510 integrated amplifier.
The British HiFi manufacturer has designed the 5510 to offer music enthusiasts a straightforward yet capable solution without the need for multiple separate components.
EXPOSURE 5510 INTEGRATED AMPLIFIER
At its core, the Exposure 5510 integrated amplifier delivers 120 watts per channel into 8 Ohms. This level of output is intended to provide sufficient drive for a wide range of loudspeakers, maintaining control across the frequency range.
The Exposure 5510 comes equipped with six line-level inputs. For additional system tailoring, it can be fitted with optional plug-in boards, including moving magnet, moving coil, or DS phono stages, as well as a DAC board for digital playback. This modular approach allows owners to adapt the amplifier to their listening preferences.
DESIGN OF THE EXPOSURE 5510 INTEGRATED AMPLIFIER
The amplifier is housed in a high-grade aluminium chassis designed to reduce resonance. A white OLED display with five brightness settings, including an auto-off option, provides clear visual feedback while remaining unobtrusive.
Internally, the amplifier makes use of a custom toroidal transformer with hum shielding. Its low-noise design aims to ensure a quiet background, enhancing the clarity of musical detail.
Output connections include RCA and an additional tape output. A remote control is supplied, offering convenience for day-to-day operation.
