ORTOFON MC 90X CARTRIDGE
The Ortofon MC 90X Cartridge features a stainless-steel body manufactured using Selective Laser Melting (SLM), ensuring high rigidity and superior resonance control. The updated Ortofon Rubber Dampers enhance sound clarity, minimising distortion for a purer listening experience.
Equipped with Ortofon’s Field Stabilizing Element (FSE) and Wide Range Damping (WRD) systems, the MC 90X offers precise tracking and an extended frequency range. The WRD system employs a platinum disc between two rubber absorbers, optimising resonance control and linear frequency response.
REPLICANT 100 DIAMOND STYLUS
The MC 90X incorporates Ortofon’s Replicant 100 diamond stylus, known for its thin profile and large contact area. Combined with a Boron cantilever, it traces grooves with precision.
PREMIUM COIL & SIGNAL TRANSMISSION
Using Aucurum, a gold-plated 6NX oxygen-free copper coil, the MC 90X is designed to ensure superior signal transmission, capturing the full depth of vinyl recordings with accuracy.
