GoldenEar Joins PML Sound International Family
PML SOUND INTERNATIONAL ACQUIRES GOLDENEAR, EXPANDS PREMIUM AUDIO PORTFOLIO
PML Sound International has announced the acquisition of GoldenEar, a brand known for its high-performance audio solutions.
Effective from the 1st January 2025, GoldenEar will operate as GoldenEar Studio Inc., joining PML’s portfolio of premium audio brands, which includes Paradigm, Anthem, and MartinLogan. The move aims to expand GoldenEar’s market presence while preserving its reputation for audio quality.
CONTINUING GOLDENEAR’S LEGACY OF INNOVATION
GoldenEar, known for products like the T66, Triton Reference and SuperSub, will benefit from PML’s engineering expertise and manufacturing resources. According to PML President Badar Qureshi, the acquisition underscores a commitment to quality and innovation, with plans to build on GoldenEar’s legacy and introduce new, cutting-edge audio solutions.
TEMPORARY PAUSE IN GOLDENEAR OPERATIONS
To ensure a smooth integration, GoldenEar will temporarily suspend operations from 1st January to 31st January 2025. During this period, orders will not be processed or fulfilled. PML has assured customers that warranties and service support will remain unaffected, with normal operations resuming on 3rd February 2025.
