PRO-JECT 6PERSPEX BALANCED UK SUPERPACK LAUNCHED BY HENLEY AUDIO
Henley Audio has introduced the latest iteration of the Pro-Ject 6PerspeX turntable, the Pro-Ject 6PerspeX Balanced UK SuperPack, for the UK market.
First seen at the UK HiFi Show Live 2024, a couple of weekends ago, it is now available.
This new package builds upon the standard 6PerspeX Balanced model, offering additional features and enhancements aimed at high-end vinyl enthusiasts. The SuperPack version is pre-fitted with premium components, ensuring it is ready to go right out of the box.
PRO-JECT 6PERSPEX BALANCED UK SUPERPACK
At the core of the SuperPack is the 9CC EVO High Gloss tonearm, a visual upgrade from the standard model. Made from lightweight carbon fibre, the tonearm is designed to minimise vibrations and maximise sound clarity. It is paired with the high-performance Pick it MC3 moving coil cartridge, also pre-installed for convenience. Together, they offer an optimised setup for precise tracking and superior sound reproduction, allowing users to enjoy a balanced and dynamic audio experience. The turntable also features a magnetically isolated Corian sub-chassis, which helps reduce external resonances and enhances the overall performance.
TRUE BALANCED CONNECTION
The turntable also supports Pro-Ject’s True Balanced Connection concept, which allows for balanced audio transmission via a MiniXLR output. This ensures reduced noise and higher gain when connected to a compatible phono stage.
ENGINEERED FOR STABILITY
The Pro-Ject 6PerspeX Balanced UK SuperPack is engineered for stability and accuracy. It includes an inverted main bearing with a ceramic ball for smooth rotation and a precision belt-drive system powered by an isolated AC motor, which minimises vibrations and provides consistent speed. Users can switch between 33 and 45 RPM with an electronic speed control system. The acrylic turntable plinth, along with height-adjustable aluminium feet, adds both visual appeal and functional vibration isolation. The vinyl-topped MDF platter is designed to eliminate the need for a separate turntable mat, further enhancing sound quality.

The 6PerspeX Balanced UK SuperPack is now available at a retail price of £2,599, including a dust cover and a semi-balanced Connect it E Phono RCA cable.
