All Q Acoustics Q Active owners can now download the free Android and iOS Q Active app and have even more control and customisation of their wireless audio system.
Q Acoustics has launched the Q Active App to complement their new active loudspeakers.

Working with both their recently launched Q Active 200 and Q Active 400 models, the app from the British brand delivers simple control and custom settings such as playback control of the system such as volume, play, pause, skip track. The app displays what is currently playing by artist, album, track name and cover art. The user can enable or disable the source inputs, set custom turn on volume for each source input, set automatic source switching, turn on and automatic standby settings, enable or disable notification/alert sounds and set the hub front panel LEDs to switch off after 20 seconds. Other actions include being able to select Wi-Fi band, rename the speaker, register your product, receive over-the-air firmware updates and access upport and set-up help guides including how to videos and FAQs.
