Arcam miniBlink

Arcam got in touch to tell Hifi Pig about their new affordable Bluetooth micro-DAC, the miniBlink. miniBlink

Basically it allows music streaming for Android, Apple, PC, Mac, iPad, Tablet, Phone etc and builds on the reputation of the company’s rBlink. The miniBlink is the first in the new Arcam “mini” range of digital micro-components at affordable prices for mass and online distribution.

The mini uses the technology from Arcam’s High-Definition Bluetooth DAC, the £150 / $300 rBlink, but has been carefully re-engineered to lower the price by 50%.

It uses a high-density moulded enclosure shaped like a pebble, with an internal aerial and a 3.5 mm output jack. It is powered by a micro-sized USB power supply from the mains or from a USB socket on a computer.
